I am a career professional Business Growth and Exit Specialist. Over the course of a 30-year career as Global COO for Oman multinational the Zawawi Group, I was at the forefront of the acquisition, growth, turnaround, and exit plans for a variety of diverse businesses across 40 countries and 5 continents. I am a qualified Business Valuation Analyst, Commercial Banker and Credit Analyst.

Through this experience I have the rare distinction of having sat in all three of the seats at the Business Sale, Acquisition and Investment table on numerous occasions. Lending my experience and know-how to a variety of Straight Business Sale transactions, Private Equity investment, Mergers & Acquisitions pricing and post-merger integrations, Leveraged Buyout structures, and Syndicated Lending scenarios.

Over time I have attained a good acumen for: business evaluation and ultimate valuation, product positioning and placement, and an ability to identify, defend and add value in a transaction for both the Buyer and Seller.



Having left the corporate arena in 2018, my most recent business life has been devoted to guiding SMB business owners through the differing challenges that lay within each stage of the business lifecycle.
